Mission Statement

Jesus came and told His disciples, “I have been given complete authority in heaven and on earth.  Therefore, go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.  Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you.  And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”  (Matthew 28:18-20).

And he (Jesus) told them, “Go into all the world and preach the Good News to everyone, everywhere.  Anyone who believes and is baptized will be saved.  But anyone who refuses to believe will be condemned.” (Mark 16:15-16)

“Do not let sin control the way you live; do not give in to its lustful desires.  Do not let any part of your body become a tool of wickedness, to be used for sinning.  Instead, give yourselves completely to God since you have been given a new life.  And use your whole body as a tool to do what is right for the glory of God.” (Romans 6:12-13).

“What this means is that those who become Christians become new persons.  They are not the same anymore, for the old life is gone. A new life has begun!  All this newness of life is from God, who brought us back to himself through what Christ did.  And God has given us the task of reconciling people to him.  We are Christ’s ambassadors, and God is using us to speak to you.  We urge you….”Be reconciled to God!” (2 Corinthians 5:17-18, 20).

“And do not bring sorrow to God’s Holy Spirit by the way you live. Remember, he is the one who has identified you as his own, guaranteeing that you will be saved on the day of redemption.  Get rid of all bitterness, rage, anger, harsh words, and slander, as well as all types of malicious behavior.  Instead, be kind to each other, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God through Christ has forgiven you.” (Ephesians 4:30-31).

“Therefore I (Paul), a prisoner for serving the Lord, beg you to lead a life worthy of your calling, for you have been called by God.  Be humble and gentle. Be patient with each other, making allowances for each other’s faults because of your love.  Always keep yourselves united in the Holy Spirit, and bind yourselves together in peace.” (Ephesians 4:1-3)

“Since you have heard all about Jesus and learned the truth that is in Him, Throw off your old evil nature and your former way of life, which is rotten through and through, full of lust and deception. Instead there must be a spiritual renewal of your thoughts and attitudes.  You must display a new nature because you are a new person, created in God’s likeness-righteous, holy and true.” (Ephesians 4:21-24)

“So now I (Jesus) am giving you a new commandment: Love each other.  Just as I have loved you, you should love each other.  Your love for one another will prove to the world that you are my disciples.” (John 13:34-35).
